If you’ve spent even five minutes with Noelle Forbes, you’ll quickly realize two things: she’s got the soul of a closer and the heart of a leader. Noelle’s journey started at just 15, selling retail in Orange County with the same tenacity that now drives her brokerage leadership. From retail to car sales to owning a popular neighborhood bar and restaurant in Santa Ana, she’s done it all. But it was the call of real estate, deeply embedded in her family roots, that ultimately became her true home.
Noelle’s late father was a multi-state licensed broker and land developer. Her mother? Licensed for nearly five decades. Real estate runs through Noelle’s veins, and despite trying to forge a different path — law school and entertainment law were on the table — her destiny was always one open house away.
From Chapman University to Escrow Sales
Noelle’s degree in legal studies from Chapman University equipped her with the analytical mind of a contract specialist, which served her well when she transitioned into real estate. She cut her teeth in new construction, then made a name for herself in escrow sales with Heritage Escrow — California’s largest independently owned escrow company at the time. But Noelle wasn’t content playing just one role. She’s managed a RE/MAX office and led a Keller Williams team in OC, and even ran her own brokerage starting in 2011 — blending operational excellence with deep mentorship.
Why ENRG? Timing, Alignment, and a Little Bit of Luck
After leaving Real in early 2025, Noelle was looking for more than a job — she was looking for her people. That’s when fate (and LinkedIn) stepped in. A post by Erinn Nobel piqued her curiosity. One message led to a conversation, which led to an offer shortly thereafter. “I wanted to be in a place where I could stay long-term,” she says. “A place where leadership walks the walk.”
A Boutique Brokerage with a Big Heart
Noelle believes the key to a thriving virtual brokerage is keeping it personal — and she lives that every day. For her, a boutique brokerage isn’t about size. It’s about soul. “People want to feel seen,” she explains. “It’s not just about being productive — it’s about being valued, regardless of where you are in your journey.” She’s known for handing out her personal phone number to agents and creating space for honest conversations — even when they’re leaving the company.
Her philosophy? Every agent contributes equally under a capping structure. That means every voice matters — and no one is just a number. It’s a belief that aligns perfectly with ENRG’s vision of scaling without losing the human touch.

When she’s not leading with heart and precision, Noelle’s passions lean artistic and altruistic. She’s a photography enthusiast, a wine and fine-dining connoisseur, and a passionate advocate for animal welfare. Travel inspires her, and she’s determined to deepen her photography skills in the coming years.
